Altar Guild
The purpose of the Altar Guild is to assist the clergy. The Guild works in strict accordance with the priest's instructions. The duty of the Guild is to have ready those things necessary for the celebration of the Eucharist and the observance of the other Sacraments and Offices of the Church. Guild members clean, press and maintain altar linens, priestly vestments, as well as caring for sanctuary appointments. We maintain adequate supplies of Communion Bread and wine, candles, candle wax, incense, and other appointments as necessary. We strive to make our service an acceptable offering to the Lord. Guild members work in teams and teams are assigned for each service.
